By downloading, installing, or using the Employee Roster WordPress plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Plugin. These Terms form the entire agreement between you and EmployeeRoster.io regarding your use of the Plugin.
Employee Roster is made available under an annual software licence. The following plans are available:
Each licence is valid for the number of WordPress sites specified in the purchased plan. Licence keys are non-transferable and may not be used on more sites than the plan permits.
Paid plans (Starter, Professional, and Business) include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin a trial. At the end of the trial period, paid features are restricted and the plugin reverts to Free plan limits unless a licence is purchased. No data is deleted when a trial expires.
You are responsible for:

EmployeeRoster.io's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Plugin licence in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
