• Email enquiries are used solely to respond to your question or support request. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
• Licence metadata received from Freemius is used only to validate your subscription and provide licence-related support.
• We do not use any personal information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond the specific reason it was collected.

Third-Party Services (Freemius)

Licensing and payment processing for the Employee Roster plugin are handled by Freemius (freemius.com). When you purchase a licence you interact directly with Freemius's secure checkout. Freemius is responsible for the security of your payment information and operates under its own privacy policy, available at freemius.com. EmployeeRoster.io is not responsible for Freemius's data practices.

Beyond Freemius, we do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services on this website.

Data Stored by the Plugin

The Employee Roster plugin is self-hosted software that you install on your own WordPress server. All data entered into the plugin, including staff names, email addresses, shift records, attendance logs, and leave requests, is stored exclusively in your own WordPress database on your own server. EmployeeRoster.io has no access to, and does not collect, any data stored within your plugin installation. You are solely responsible for the security and management of that data.

Data Retention

• Email correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry, after which it may be deleted at our discretion.
• Licence metadata held by Freemius is subject to Freemius's own retention policies.
• We do not retain any personal data beyond what is described in this policy.
